What you’ll do…
Lead the day-to-day In Room Dining operation, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.Manage, coach and develop the team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.Ensure orders are delivered accurately, efficiently and to The Hoxton's quality standards.Work closely with the Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.Drive revenue through menu knowledge, upselling opportunities and service excellence.Monitor departmental costs, productivity and inventory while maintaining operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.Continuously review guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the In Room Dining experience.
