About this role
Oversee daily bar operations and coordinate with F&B, kitchen, stewarding, and front office to ensure seamless guest serviceMaintain 5-star standards of cleanliness, setup, glassware polish, and ambience at all timesAct as the senior point of contact on the floor during peak hours, supporting bartenders and resolving issues in real timeRecruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and mixologistsDevelop seasonal promotions and signature cocktails aligned with international drink trends to drive revenueMonitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships for liquor, beverages, and bar supplies
Minimum 2 years of extensive experience managing bar operations within a hotel environmentStrong leadership, communication, and training skillsService-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under pressureProven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departmentsFood & Beverage certification(s) will be an advantage
