About this role
Within the PME division, in the Novotel & Handwritten Collection brand team, the brand assistant manager will play an integral role within the Global Brand organization supporting strategic projects for the brand:
Assist in developing and rolling out projects (brand & sustainability programs, in-hotel guest experience, brand standards, F&B projects) in coordination with different internal stakeholders (Procurement, Design, Operations, Country Marketing, hotels) and external stakeholders (partners and agencies)Maintain, update and manage global brand content: experience materials, creative assets, and toolkitsManage the creation and distribution of the Novotel Global internal newsletterAnimate marketing relays network to foster relationships between Regional hubs and Global teams. Be highly organized and structured in project managementGreat knowledge of Excel / Power PointExperience in Hospitality, Sustainability or Project Management highly preferred Level of Education: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5
Areas of study: Marketing, Hospitality, Project Management
Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken English mandatory, Fluency in French is highly recommended.
Internship dates: 6 months from January 4th to July 1st 2027
