Misión <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">The Architect will lead the design and development of cutting-edge data centre and IT infrastructure projects, delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable architectural solutions. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and project managers, the role offers a unique opportunity to shape mission-critical facilities and contribute to high-impact projects across global markets.</div> What will be your responsibilities? <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><ul><li>Prepare the design, planning, and development of data centre architecture and IT infrastructure projects.</li><li>Develop and oversee architectural drawings, schematics, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.</li><li>Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Liaise with local authorities for project submissions and approvals.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and consultants to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical systems into architectural designs.</li><li>Manage project documentation, including technical reports, presentations, specifications, and design records.</li><li>Research and implement sustainable design principles to enhance energy efficiency and project performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Participate in client meetings and provide innovative design solutions to optimise project outcomes.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging architectural trends, technologies, and best practices in data centre design.</li></ul></div> This is the profile we are looking for <ul><li>Thai Citizen</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.</li><li>5–10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in data center, IT infrastructure, or commercial projects.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.</li><li>Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Excellent visualization and presentation skills, with attention to detail.</li></ul> Our benefits <ol><li>Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days in the office, with the remaining 3 days working from home</li><li>Company-provided laptop and accessories</li><li>Medical & Outpatient benefits</li><li>Hospitalization insurance </li><li>Annual leave – starting from 18 days per year</li><li>Performance-based annual bonus (based on KPIs)</li><li>Annual salary increment </li><li>Training and development opportunities to support your career growth</li></ol>
