Misión <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">We are seeking a <strong>Senior Mechanical Engineer (Thai National)</strong> with a strong consultancy background to support the design and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects, including data centres and telecommunications facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who are passionate about data centre design and want to work on complex, high-performance, and sustainable infrastructure projects.<br><br>This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex data centre projects and contribute to the advancement of innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.</div> What will be your responsibilities? <strong>Mechanical Design &amp; Engineering</strong><br><ul><li>Lead the mechanical design and engineering of HVAC, cooling systems, and mechanical infrastructure for data centres, ensuring high energy efficiency and compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Perform thermal load calculations, airflow simulations, and energy modelling to optimize mechanical system performance.</li><li>Oversee the selection, specification, and integration of mechanical equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling systems.</li></ul><strong>Technical Leadership &amp; Quality Assurance</strong><br><ul><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them through design processes, calculations, and project execution.</li><li>Review and approve technical drawings, schematics, and design documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practices.</li></ul><strong>Project Delivery &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong><br><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, architects, project managers, and clients, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical solutions.</li><li>Support construction, testing, and commissioning activities, verifying system performance and troubleshooting issues as needed.</li><li>Participate in client meetings, project presentations, and technical discussions, acting as a subject matter expert in mechanical engineering.</li></ul><strong>Innovation, Sustainability &amp; Compliance</strong><br><ul><li>Drive innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge cooling and energy-efficient technologies for sustainable data centre operations.</li><li>Stay updated with industry codes, standards, and regulations (ASHRAE, ISO, Uptime Institute, etc.) and ensure compliance across all mechanical designs.</li></ul> This is the profile we are looking for <strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong><br><ul><li>Thai citizen. </li><li>Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably within data centres, HVAC systems, or other critical infrastructure environments.</li><li>Experience in project management and team leadership.</li></ul><strong>Technical Competencies</strong><br><ul><li>Strong expertise in cooling system design, CFD analysis, and thermal management.</li><li>Proficiency in engineering design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and CFD analysis tools.</li><li>In-depth understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to mechanical engineering.</li></ul><strong>Skills &amp; Attributes</strong><br><ul><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in client-facing roles.</li></ul><strong>Other Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>Willingness and ability to travel for project site visits, inspections, and client meetings as required.</li></ul> Our benefits <ol><li>Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days in the office, with the remaining 3 days working from home</li><li>Company-provided laptop and accessories</li><li>Medical &amp; Outpatient benefits</li><li>Hospitalization insurance </li><li>Annual leave – starting from 18 days per year</li><li>Performance-based annual bonus (based on KPIs)</li><li>Annual salary increment </li><li>Training and development opportunities to support your career growth</li></ol>
