Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion FinancialsFunctional knowledge of core Oracle Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Cash Management and Fixed AssetsStrong understanding of Finance and accounting processesExperience gathering requirements and translating them into Oracle functional solutionsExperience across Oracle implementations and projects, as well as BAU environmentsUnderstanding of the implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, UAT and go-liveConfidence working directly with Finance users and senior stakeholdersAbility to investigate problems, challenge existing processes and recommend practical solutionsProactive approach and willingness to remain hands-on Responsibilities: Deliver functional improvements and enhancements across Oracle Fusion FinancialsWork with Finance stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutionsSupport the implementation and rollout of Fusion Finance across new business areas and entitiesReview existing Finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation and automationConfigure and support Oracle Finance functionality across the wider Fusion estateSupport functional design, testing, UAT and deployment of new solutionsTroubleshoot complex functional issues and guide Finance usersWork alongside external implementation and delivery partners on Oracle projectsSupport user adoption, training and knowledge transferContribute to the wider Oracle roadmap and emerging capabilities, including Oracle AI Agents Technologies: AISupportOracleAI Agents More:
We are recruiting for an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to join a large, global organisation strengthening its internal Oracle capability. The role is based in Newcastle, with a salary of £75K–£90K plus bonus. You will sit between Finance, Technology and the wider business, working closely with Finance users across new implementations, business-area rollouts, functional enhancements and continued development of the Oracle roadmap. This opportunity offers broader ownership of an internal Oracle environment and scope to shape how Finance processes and systems develop while building knowledge of a large, complex Oracle estate.
