Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: A solid understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, and common protocols.Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.Strong Linux knowledge and command-line experience.Experience delivering technical support in a customer-focused environment.Clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively. Responsibilities: Take ownership of day-to-day network operations, keeping core routers, switches, and firewalls running smoothly while supporting new sites and upgrades.Support network automation initiatives using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.Work closely with colleagues across engineering and support, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.Maintain clear documentation and follow security, compliance, and operational best practices.
