Requirements: Extensive technical project management experience, ideally delivering projects for external or third-party clients, with a record of balancing competing priorities and tight deadlinesStrong discipline in maintaining project plans, risk and issue logs, action trackers, and broader project governanceSound knowledge of the software delivery and implementation lifecycle, with an interest in best practiceCollaborative approach and comfort working with teams across pre-sales, software engineering, delivery, and customer successAbility to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changeConfidence engaging with senior and executive stakeholders, internally and externallyCommitment to continuous improvementRelevant certifications are a bonusBackground in FinTech, Software as a Service, or financial services is desirableFamiliarity with ADO or Azure DevOps Boards is desirable Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day delivery of client implementations of our core SaaS platformBuild and maintain detailed project plans that balance delivery speed with resources, scope, and budget across around three to four concurrent projects, with an average turnaround of three monthsAct as a subject matter expert in a hybrid Agile and Waterfall function, adapting methodologies and processes to each projectTrack and report progress, milestones, and momentum across a portfolio of concurrent projectsRun productive status meetings with project teams and clients, documenting decisions, actions, risks, and issuesGuide, mentor, and motivate less senior Project ManagersResolve blockers and handle client queries and escalations constructivelyRaise risks and issues promptly with internal colleagues and client project leads, and agree mitigation plansCreate or lead the creation of project documentation, including charters, plans, issue logs, test plans, and go-live runbooksPartner with Customer Success, Delivery, and Marketing colleagues to build satisfied, referenceable clients and identify growth opportunitiesForecast resourcing needs to support company-wide planningOwn client engagements from kick-off through go-live, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track and ensuring positive client outcomesEstablish and refine project management standards for consistent, high-quality delivery across Professional Services Technologies: AzureCloudDevOpsSupportLESSMarketingProject Manager More:
