Associate Director: People Partnering and Resolution
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
Following recent changes within the leadership team, an opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director of People Partnering and Resolution. This pivotal role sits within the People and Culture leadership team and plays a key part in delivering the Trust's People Strategy.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will lead the Trust-wide Business Partnering and People Relations services, overseeing a range of strategic HR and workforce initiatives. These include transformation and change, leadership development, establishment control, staff engagement and recognition, inclusion and diversity, cost improvement, and advancing the Trust's commitment to a resolution-focused and just culture approach to employee relations.

Person Specification
Education&Qualifications Essential
Degree level education or equivalent Chartered CIPD qualified or equivalent experience Masters Qualification or equivalent experience in relevant area Advanced theoretical and practical specialist knowledge and expertise Evidence of continued learning / personal development
Experience Essential
Extensive post-qualification experience gained in all areas of Human Resources Demonstrable experience of staff and financial management Demonstrable success of working as a workforce specialist in a large, complex organization Extensive experience working at a senior level in a large complex organisation Record of achievement in HR management and related areas
