Clinical Specialists for Facial AestheticsResponsible for clinical training of HCPs, medical education, CMEs and other training initiatives within the zoneClosely interact with the doctors and clinically facilitate them for performing BOTOX® and Juvederm™ proceduresClosely work with the sales team and coordinate with them meeting their clinical facilitation needsDevelop new injectors in conjunction with the sales team for respective zonesEngage the HCPs on scientific discussions and product differentiationDrive execution of all regional and national medical education programs in close coordination with the sales teamTake accountability for Zonal sales of the listed doctorsActive involvement in all the training initiatives, ensuring compliance with the laid down SOPs and processesDaily reporting and weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with the line manager
B.Pharma/ M.Pharma/ BDS3 years of Sales/Training/ or clinical specialist experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector with good command over English language and scientific terminologyCandidate with executive presence, excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
