Organization: CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Davies Position Overview:
The Lead Aide assists the EVS Supervisor with direct leadership and guidance of the housekeeping staff as assigned; completes routine housekeeping duties as required; and ensures that the Medical Center is provided with a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and employees. • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• HS Diploma: High School Diploma or General Education (GED) or equivalent education/experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
• Three (3) years experience in environmental services in a health care facility is desirable.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a position of Group Leader.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Possesses working knowledge of all procedures involved with housekeeping.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills;
• Self-starter; demonstrates a positive work ethic, initiative, good judgment and problem solving skills, and well-developed motivational abilities.

Pay Range is $31.08 to $39.00 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
