How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who excels in this role:
• Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
• Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaint

What we're looking for Applicants should have a Active Kentucky RN License Required (single state or compact). If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. . Additional requirements include:
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within one month of hire, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire • Education: Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licenses: Must have a current Kentucky or compact state RN license
