The Role
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, help pupils engage with their lessons and foster a positive, safe classroom atmosphere. This role suits someone who is patient, proactive and genuinely cares about children's academic and emotional progress.
Your working pattern would be Monday-Friday during term time. (8.30am-3.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break)
Key Responsibilities
Support the teacher with delivering targeted learning activities for individuals and small groups.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a calm, productive environment.
Assist with preparing learning materials and setting up equipment.
Provide extra care and guidance for pupils with diverse learning or SEND needs.
Monitor pupil progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with working with children in a primary school setting.
