About this role
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Support Staff member to join our experienced and friendly team . The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment . You will work alongside the nursery team to ensure every child receives high quality care , is kept safe , and enjoys rich , stimulating play experiences tailored to their individual needs .
The working hours for this role are Monday, 12.45pm - 6.15pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 7.45am - 6.15pm (25.5 hours per week).
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
Experience working in a nursery or with children aged 0 5 is desirableA basic understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage ( EYFS )A commitment to ensuring that all our children can be the best they can beBe confident, able to work one to one and deal with challenging situationsA desire and ability to contribute fully to school life and work effectively as part of a teamHave high expectations of self and othersForward thinking and dynamicPossess excellent interpersonal skillsWe can offer you:
