We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented and committed Teacher of Girls' Physical Education to join our successful PE department on a 0.6 FTE basis (Monday to Wednesday) to cover a period of maternity leave for 12 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for an inspirational teacher who is passionate about Physical Education and committed to promoting participation, achievement and healthy lifestyles for all students.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Be an excellent classroom practitioner with the ability to engage and inspire students. Have the skills and enthusiasm to teach Girls' PE across Key Stages 3 and 4. Be committed to raising standards of achievement and participation in Physical Education. Have high expectations of student behaviour, achievement and personal development. Be willing to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school through clubs, fixtures and sporting events. Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive department.
