Summer Semester 2026 – Fixed-term for 3–6 months YOUR TASKS: Actively contribute to improvement projects, e.g. the development towards a Smart Factory, and take responsibility for sub-projects in the field of Lean Production Develop creative solutions to increase productivity and quality Support the introduction of new products, e.g. by designing workstations, production equipment, and manufacturing processes Plan layouts using modern layout software and implement them in a practical, hands-on environment YOUR PROFILE: Currently studying a technical, business, or comparable degree program Ideally, initial experience with Lean Production, layout systems, and SAP PP Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Enjoy working hands-on in a production environment and demonstrate a high level of initiative Independent and structured approach to work Strong communication and teamwork skills Contact: Sarah Disch
