General Ledger Systems Analy I
Job Description: Serves as the Finance and Accounting point of contact concerning changes to existing Exchange and facility rollups. Reviews requests for the creation/deactivation of accounts and transaction codes. Provides IGLAS and new facility master file training to associates.
Job Qualifications: Four (4) years of accounting experience and college level education, that includes a minimum of 24 semester hours in accounting or auditing, or a certificate as Certified Public Accountant or a Certified Internal Auditor, obtained through written examination, or the completion of the Financial Management Training Program (FMT).
OR
Bachelors degree in accounting; or a degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting and two (2) years of experience.

Major Duties: Point of contact in finance and accounting for rollup charges. Provides advice to customers on the creation of new mechanical journal entry creation (MJEC) rules. Reviews and analyzes the impact of changes to existing mechanical journal entry creation (MJEC) rules to the customer to determine if desired results have been achieved. Monitors mechanical journal entry creation (MJEC) rules. Coordinates and performs fiscal month and year-end closeouts. Updates report definitions. Manages creation/deactivation of general ledger accounts. Performs other duties as assigned.
