Overview
The Senior Business Analyst serves as the operational leader of the Analytics Lane within the PMO&O and is responsible for the portfolio intelligence function - providing a single source of truth across all delivery organizations.
This role owns Division-wide KPI dashboards, executive reporting, workforce analytics, trend identification, and decision support across the broader Division.
The Senior Business Analyst partners with the Division Leader, Delivery Directors, the General Manager - Model T, Program Managers, embedded Business Analysts within delivery organizations, and PMO&O peers to ensure leadership operates from consistent, accurate, and actionable data. Responsibilities
Portfolio Reporting & Dashboards
Develop and maintain Division-wide executive dashboardsMaintain KPI definitions and reporting standardsCoordinate consolidated reporting across delivery organizationsSupport weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reviews Workforce Analytics
Maintain workforce ramp, deployment, and retention analyticsSupport headcount planning and analysisProvide workforce performance insightsCoordinate with Consultant Engagement Manager on engagement analytics Program Performance Analysis
Analyze program performance across delivery towersIdentify trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport performance management initiativesProvide analytical insights to delivery leadership Cross-Functional Trend Analysis
Conduct cross-organizational analytical reviewsSupport root cause analysis on performance variancesProvide insights into operational and commercial trendsCoordinate with Financial Analyst on integrated reporting Executive Decision Support

Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or BI rolesStrong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQLExperience supporting executive-level reporting and decision supportStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesExperience designing KPI frameworks and reporting standards Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting managed services, manufacturing, or technical services portfoliosExperience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or data warehousingFamiliarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Familiarity with Insight Global operating modelPower BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau, or related certifications Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
