We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support, managing competing priorities, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to managers and colleagues across the businessManage diaries, meetings, and appointmentsPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentationMaintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-basedHandle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional mannerOrganise meetings, including room bookings and preparation of meeting materialsProcess and maintain confidential information in line with company policiesSupport office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating with external suppliersAssist with data entry, record keeping, and reporting requirementsUndertake additional administrative duties as required Qualifications
