About this role

Are you a passionate hospitality professional with leadership experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a Hospitality Team Lead to join our team in Stratford. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in delivering outstanding hospitality services within a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Leading and motivating a hospitality team to deliver excellent customer experiencesSupporting the day-to-day operation of hospitality and catering servicesEnsuring food safety, health & safety, and company standards are consistently metAssisting with staff training, induction, and ongoing coachingCoordinating hospitality bookings and ensuring events are delivered to a high standardManaging stock, ordering, and controlling wastage where requiredHandling customer feedback professionally and resolving issues effectivelySupporting management with operational and administrative duties About you
