Serving food and beverages to customersCleaning back of house areas, crockery, and cutleryCleaning and tidying counters, preparation areas, light equipment, machines, and public areasPerforming basic cold food preparation and made-to-order food servicesRestocking goods and ensuring merchandise displays are maintained to a high standardReporting customer feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock requirements, breakages, faults, and hazards to the line managerCompleting daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records as requiredFollowing food hygiene, food safety, and health and safety procedures at all timesSupporting the wider team with day-to-day catering and hospitality operationsDelivering excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for all customers What we're looking for
