We are currently recruiting for a friendly and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our retail team at Eastbury, Northwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent customer service, and helping to create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Serving customers and providing a friendly, professional serviceProcessing transactions and payments accurately through the till systemKeeping shelves fully stocked and ensuring displays are well presentedReceiving deliveries and managing stock levels effectivelyMonitoring product availability and reporting stock shortages where necessaryMaintaining a clean, safe, and tidy retail environmentFollowing food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures at all timesSupporting the opening and closing of the retail unitAssisting with merchandising and promotional displaysWorking as part of a team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction What we're looking for
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essentialFull training will be providedExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and occasionally on your ownPositive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to workGood organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a busy retail environmentFlexible approach to working hours and business needsCommitment to maintaining high standards of service and presentation Additional Requirements
