Lead Our Kitchen Team as Chef Manager
Are you a passionate and experienced Chef looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy catering service in Woodstock. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented culinary professional who enjoys delivering exceptional food while leading and developing a high-performing team.
The Role
As Chef Manager, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will manage all aspects of food production, team leadership, food safety, stock control, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and motivating the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food and servicePlanning and preparing fresh, nutritious, and appealing menusEnsuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company standardsManaging stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationshipsMonitoring food costs and managing budgets effectivelyDelivering excellent customer satisfaction through quality and innovationTraining, coaching, and developing team membersMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
We're looking for someone who:
