We are currently recruiting for a friendly and enthusiastic Steward to join our team in Emsworth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hospitality environment, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting both bar and food service operations.

Serving food and beverages to customers and guestsProviding table service in a professional and friendly mannerUndertaking bar duties, including serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinksSupporting functions and events across the siteCarrying out basic cold food preparation as requiredRestocking goods and ensuring service areas remain fully suppliedOperating tills and handling cash accuratelyCleaning bar areas, public areas, and back of house spacesReporting customer feedback, issues, hazards, or maintenance concerns to managementFollowing food safety, licensing, and health and safety procedures at all timesSupporting the wider team with additional duties as required What we're looking for
Previous bar or front of house experience is desirable but not essentialFull training will be providedLevel 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essentialExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPositive, friendly, and professional attitudeGood organisational skills and attention to detailFlexible approach to working hours, including functions and eventsAbility to remain calm and professional in a busy hospitality environmentAdditional Requirements
