About this role
We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our team in NP44 4YZ. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to become part of a friendly catering team, helping to deliver an excellent food service experience.
As a Catering Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring customers receive great service and high-quality food throughout the day.

Serving food and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly mannerAssisting with food preparation and basic kitchen dutiesMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service areasOperating tills and handling customer transactions where requiredReplenishing stock and ensuring service areas remain well stockedSupporting the catering team during busy service periodsFollowing food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all timesAssisting with setting up and clearing down service areas About you
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
