Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout St. Peters and surrounding neighborhoodsNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity and minimize travel timeProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a friendly demeanorVerify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery records and documentationInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance; report maintenance needs promptlyHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition and meet quality standardsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackMaintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and ensure compliance with company safety protocols at all timesBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the company brand with professionalism and integrityMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposesExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages (up to 50 lbs regularly)Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicPositive attitude, resilience, and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfactionKnowledge of St. Peters area and local geography (preferred)Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles (preferred)Ability to pass a criminal background checkValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery BENEFITS
