About this role

About the Role: We're looking for an Automation Engineer to join our team on a fixed term contract for a until the end of 2026, with a view to extend or become permanent. You will design, build and maintain production-ready internal applications using low-code platforms that streamline operations and empower teams across the business. Working autonomously within an agile environment, you'll translate business requirements from Product Managers and internal stakeholders into intuitive, high-quality solutions that deliver measurable value and are consistently delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a fast-paced environment, with a minimum 1 years experience, looking for the next step up. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to be in the Bristol office 2 -3 days per week. Design, build and maintain production‑ready internal applications using low‑code platforms to streamline operational processes. Translate business requirements from Product Managers and stakeholders into intuitive, user‑friendly tools and automated workflows. Develop and support API integrations, database interactions and workflow automation to improve efficiency across teams. Ensure all solutions are high‑quality, scalable and delivered on time within an agile development environment. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand needs, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement. Monitor, maintain and optimise existing applications to ensure reliability, performance and long‑term usability. Contribute to operational tooling and automation initiatives that enhance productivity and unlock data‑driven insights.
