Job summary
As a Matron for our Community Teams, you will lead and manage our teams to ensure a collaborated approach to patient care focussing on quality, experience and patient outcomes.
We are looking for a motivated and innovative leader, with a passion for quality patient care and a drive for a position of continuous improvement.
The NHS 10-year plan emphasises patient-centred care with a focus on the shift from hospital to community care. Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of community services, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centred care.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of individual patients.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Provide leadership and support to staff, promoting professional development and fostering a positive working environment.
