As a Branch Support Executive, you will be the front-line representative for our company, handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions. Your role is integral to maintaining strong customer relationships and driving satisfaction. • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions via phone, email, and live chat. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient and friendly support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues. • Document and update customer records accurately in our CRM system. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. • Identify and escalate potential customer risks or complaints to the appropriate teams. • Conduct regular customer feedback analysis to improve support processes. • Assist in training and mentoring new customer support staff. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations during customer interactions.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a BFSI environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. • Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. • Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer support.
