As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and offering exceptional support.
• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a warm and friendly approach. • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. • Build and maintain a database of customer information and interactions. • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions and recommendations. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Stay updated with the latest company offerings and industry trends. • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • A positive and proactive attitude, with a problem-solving mindset. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
