As an Executive - HR, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our HR vision. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand their needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent. • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and requirements. • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques. • Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for potential hires. • Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization. • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention. • Design and deliver training programs to upskill and develop our workforce. • Administer and manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. • Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR executive role, preferably in a tech-focused organization. • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees. • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and applicant tracking software. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • A passion for talent acquisition and employee experience.
