Aide/Paraprofessional Hancock County ESC Job Type/Title: Behavior Classroom Aide (High School Age) Location: Riverdale School Job Description: - Candidate should have a great deal of patience to work with students with multiple disabilities and/or behavioral issues - Candidate should have a passion for working with students in High School grades and be willing to assist with behavioral needs, toileting and personal healthcare as needed - Provide appropriate support and encouragement to student - Assist student with class work in small groups and individually - Work under the supervision/direction of the classroom teacher - Be willing to be trained to meet the behavioral and educational needs of the student
