LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR

You will be a hands-on trainer and facilitator, delivering engaging learning for our frontline on-site teams and supporting head office induction. From customer service and collaborative working to role-specific essentials, you will run a blend of in-person workshops and live webinars, creating learning that is practical, interactive and immediately useful on the job.

Based from home with an average of 2 to 3 days each week in London, you will plan and facilitate sessions, design new workshops, and partner with colleagues and subject matter experts to keep our learning offer fresh and relevant. Join us in a supportive L&D team that values energy, connection and continuous improvement.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days you will be facilitating group learning, either in person across our London sites or via live webinars, alongside preparing, refining and updating session materials. You will collaborate closely with the L&D team and operational stakeholders, tailoring content to audience needs and keeping recurring topics engaging and energised.

You deliver consistently engaging workshops and webinars that earn strong feedback and lead to on-the-job application.You keep recurring topics fresh with varied activities, scenarios and examples that resonate with different audiences.You design clear, practical learning sessions and resources that colleagues can reuse and that align to team standards.You manage a London-based delivery schedule smoothly, balancing travel, prep and delivery across busy periods.You build trusted relationships with on-site leaders, head office teams and subject matter experts to inform content.You collaborate with the L&D team to cover each other’s sessions and maintain a cohesive, high-quality learning offer. HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME

Facilitating in-person workshops across London sites and delivering live webinars for dispersed teams.Planning and refining session content, activities and resources to suit different roles and experience levels.Shadowing and co-delivering existing sessions during onboarding, then taking ownership of allocated topics.Designing new workshops and webinars, including session plans, slides and facilitator guides.Coordinating schedules, venues and logistics, and managing attendance, feedback and follow-up actions.Supporting head office induction and contributing to learning for property management teams and emerging leaders. You are an engaging facilitator who enjoys meeting people, building rapport and energising group sessions.You are equally confident online and in person, tailoring delivery to audience needs and context.You bring a positive, solutions-focused approach and keep recurring content fresh with new angles and activities.You are organised and self-driven, balancing travel, delivery and preparation across a varied schedule.You are curious, collaborative and comfortable working with different stakeholders to shape practical learning. EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS

Experience delivering frontline or customer-facing training in sectors like property, facilities, hospitality or retail.Designing interactive workshops and webinars with clear learning outcomes and practical takeaways.Using virtual platforms and learning tools to create engaging online sessions and assets.Working with an LMS to coordinate mandated and optional learning and track participation and feedback.Refreshing recurring programmes to maintain engagement and relevance across different cohorts.
