Aides/Paraprofessionals Hancock County ESC Job Type/Title: Aide/Paraprofessional in an Intellectual Disability Classroom – Kindergarten & 6-7 Grade Location: Cory-Rawson School Job Description: - Candidate should have a great deal of patience to work with students with academic, social and behavioral needs - Provide appropriate support and encouragement to students - Assist students with class work in small groups and individually - Work under the supervision/direction of the classroom teacher - Be willing to be trained to meet the behavioral and educational needs of the students - Assist with toileting and personal hygiene for students
