Your tasks - Setting up and furnishing (new) accommodation in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and SNF standards. - Painting walls, replacing flooring, maintaining gardens and carrying out minor repairs and maintenance, such as replacing or installing lights, hanging curtains, etc. - Identifying any issues or irregularities, discussing them with your colleagues and working together to find the best solution. - Delivering furniture, equipment and other items to House of Covebo accommodation. - Clearing out accommodation that is no longer being used by our international employees. - Ensuring that house rules and safety regulations are followed, because safety always comes first! As a Housing & Maintenance Worker you will have a very varied, international job where you work independently.
