Job description In this role you get the chance to contribute to great and consistent co-worker experience and secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining P&C processes, working methods and local legal requirements. You are a partner to managers and co-workers and work in partnership with the relevant P&C leader to secure specific competence plans are translated into actions. You will : - Be responsible for providing a broad range of operational People & Culture assignments covering all aspects of the joining, moving and leaving process. - Be the "go-to-person" and partner for managers, co-workers and P&C colleagues in the identified business and legal entity for P&C related topics. - Lead execution of P&C year cycle operational tasks. - Actively work with area of expertise such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, Labour Law, Work Environment etc. - Contribute to building business competence and leadership development by su...
