As Head of Private Label Sourcing , you will further lead this transformation by building a high-performing international sourcing organization, strengthening our global supplier network, and ensuring excellent execution of Private Label projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape a relatively new organization within one of Kramp's fastest-growing strategic priorities. While the Private Label strategy is defined, you will establish the sourcing organization, lead change, and create new ways of working. What is your role? Reporting to the Director Category Development, you will lead an international team of Private Label Project Managers and sourcing teams in China, India, and Turkey. Your focus is on translating Private Label strategy into successful sourcing execution through strong supplier partnerships, stakeholder alignment, and project delivery. You will work closely with the Heads of Categories (based in the Netherlands) and Category Management teams, acting as a trusted business partner who enables commercial growth through effective sourcing. Strong stakeholder management and change leadership are essential, as you bring people together in a rapidly evolving organization. As Kramp aims to double Private Label revenue within five years, you will expand our global sourcing capabilities, strengthen partnerships with manufacturers, particularly across Asia, and build a resilient, efficient supplier network.
