This position is vital for fostering a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement in our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices. Role and Responsibilities As a EHS Business Partner, You will: • Act as a trusted EHS advisor to operations, engineering and facility management teams. • Collaborate with EHS Subject Matter Experts to implement safety initiatives across various business units. • Conduct safety risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and ASML policies. • Identify and mitigate risks related within a highly complex industrial Factory. • Develop and deliver safety training programs to enhance workplace safety awareness. • Support the development and refinement of safety policies and procedures. • Track safety performance indicators to provide insights for improvement. Education and experience To succeed in this role, you will need: • A bachelor's or master's degree in safety management and in a technical field (f.i.
