Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Accounting. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare bank reconciliations. Review on the behaviour with regard to deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonoured payments and spending patterns. Store, update and retrieve financial data. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems. Perform general office duties. Administer estate, personal, charitable, corporate and other types of trusts, direct trust account investments, receive and record investment income and disburse trust funds.
