Parts Counter Specialist
Do you like to help people with their automotive needs and pride yourself on accuracy? The automotive parts world changes quickly so if you like continuous learning, join our parts department as a Parts Counter Specialist. You will play a key role in delivering Outstanding Customer Service, as you engage with our customers to deliver the right part, on time, every time.
What You Will Do
Provide our technicians with the correct parts to maximize their efficiency
Assist our external customers in-person and on the phone
Pull parts orders for daily shipments, deliveries or pick-ups
Monitor parts inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation
Work with customers on special order parts
Fulltime with an occasional Saturday

Requirements
Prior automotive and/or parts experience preferred, but willing to train if you're willing to learn!
Basic computer knowledge needed to use web-based sales tools, catalogs and shipping software
A valid driver's license and good driving record
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
Must be 18 years or older
