About this role
Support the Fusion Middleware suite of applications which make up the Imaging System on a daily basis. Provide knowledge in Fusion Middleware to support projects and enhancements for Imaging.
Job Responsibilities:
a) Functional Responsibilities
Respond to Fusion Middleware-related incidents and problems affecting delivery of services.You will Design, Implement, Deploy and support custom functionalities for Oracle Webcenter Imaging and Fusion Middleware apps.you will Perform scheduled activities such as upgrades and patches in liaison with other teams.Configuring and customising Fusion Middleware 12c applications, including: OHS, Webcenter Imaging, Oracle Enterprise Capture, SOA Suite.You will Provide Fusion Middleware SME input to projects – both at a design level (including production of HLDs and LLDs) and at an operational level.b) Internal Relationship Management
Interact daily with end users and managers in all global regions.Develop effective working relationships with EITS/GCSS colleagues around the world.Develop and maintain effective working with relationships with other members of the Global Imaging support teamc) External Relationship Management
Liaise with third party software/support suppliers such as, but not limited to Oracle.Interact with suppliers such as Swiss Post and RR Donnelly which process documents for Experian.Create/manage Service Requests.d) Application of Processes, Standards and Measures
Maintain Experian Service Management documentation and change standards, following the prescribed software development life cycle.Provide service meeting Service Level Agreements for incident, problem, and change management.Adhere to information security and audit requirements.The role is intended to function as a Senior role, with responsibilities including:
End‑to‑end accountability of the Oracle Imaging platform and related integrationsDesigning and leading complex workflow, imaging, and document management solutionsSupporting enterprise‑scale availability, security, audit, and compliance needsIndependently troubleshooting production issues and driving root‑cause resolutionPartnering with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to guide solution design and platform strategy Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably IT-related. Must have:Weblogic AdminstrationFusion Middleware AdminstrationBPEL/BPM codingProficient in Java and PL/SQL programming languagesUnix/Linux administration and shell scripting Good to have:Advanced Windows Server Environment KnowledgeWorking knowledge of Active DirectoryAdministration of MS SQL ServerAdvaced SQL query and scripting knowledgeVisual Basic programmingASP.NET developmentWindows scripting (DOS Batch, Windows Powershell) Experience: 10+ years of progressive IT professional experience6+ years experience with Fusion Middleware • Experience providing customer supportExperience in managing a small remote team (3-5 employees)Experience of working with international teams, predominantly UK, US, CR, IN & MY.
