Responsible for leading all Front Services operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain service excellence, manage staffing and departmental resources, and foster a high-performing team environment. Oversees daily operations, employee development, budgeting, scheduling, and interdepartmental collaboration while ensuring adherence to company standards and operational objectives.

• Lead, direct, and oversee all Front Services operations to ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Maintain high service standards by monitoring operations, addressing guest needs, and fostering a culture of hospitality and professionalism. • Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and operating expenses to support service goals and budget requirements. • Develop, coach, evaluate, recognize, and discipline team members while promoting positive employee relations, engagement, and accountability. • Provide leadership and direction by delegating responsibilities, empowering employees, setting performance expectations, and delivering constructive feedback. • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily operations, projects, and resources to meet business objectives and evolving guest needs. • Resolve employee and guest concerns professionally, exercising sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution techniques. • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience. • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve performance goals, embrace change, and contribute to a teamwork-oriented environment. • Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and other duties or special projects as assigned.

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and move throughout indoor and outdoor work environments. • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, crouch, climb stairs, lift and carry materials, and maneuver quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission passenger vehicles safely and efficiently. • Ability to work in varying weather conditions, extreme temperatures, and environments with airborne particles or fumes. • Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues and communicate effectively in English. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred. • Two to three years of customer service experience required; hospitality industry experience preferred. • Strong leadership, organizational, planning, decision-making, and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. • Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate in a team environment. • Flexible schedule with the ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. • Professional and well-groomed appearance required.
