Job Title: Production TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Production Technician works in a controlled cleanroom environment, manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). In this role, you follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings to ensure consistent, high-quality output. You contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting where attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to established processes are essential.Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in a cleanroom environment while adhering to cGMP standards. • Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings to complete production tasks accurately and consistently. • Perform general production, assembly line, and packaging activities, ensuring products meet quality and safety requirements. • Operate within a fast-paced, controlled environment, maintaining productivity and meeting daily production goals. • Use basic computer systems to complete required training modules and document work as needed. • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues in the production process and escalate or resolve them appropriately. • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and support efficient workflow. • Follow detailed procedures and instructions for gowning, use of PPE, and chemical hygiene, including safe handling of disinfectants, solvents, and IPA. • Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to assemble components and complete production steps. • Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with cleanroom and GMP requirements. • Participate actively as a team member, supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture. • Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion throughout the shift. • Occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted while following proper safety practices. Essential Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom production environment following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). • Basic computer skills sufficient to complete training modules and access work-related documentation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support efficient and accurate production work. • Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members and following instructions. • Ability to follow detailed procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and technical drawings with high attention to detail. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced production setting. • Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout a shift of up to 10 hours, with possible overtime. • Capability to perform frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. • Ability to occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted. • Willingness and ability to comply with required gowning procedures, including wearing gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, safety glasses, and refraining from makeup and jewelry. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of production experience is preferred but not required. • Experience in production, assembly, warehouse operations, or order picking is beneficial. • Familiarity with cleanroom environments and cleanroom production practices is an advantage. • Experience with assembly line work and packaging processes is helpful. • Understanding of chemical hygiene principles, including safe handling of disinfectants, solvents, and IPA. • Comfort using hand tools and production equipment in a manufacturing setting. The cleanroom conditions typically maintain humidity above 30%, temperatures between 6070°F, and ambient noise levels appropriate for production work. You wear required gowning and personal protective equipment, including gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, and you do not wear makeup or jewelry while in the cleanroom. You frequently perform gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions, and you stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift. You use hand tools, production equipment, and PPE regularly and follow chemical hygiene practices when working with disinfectants, solvents, and IPA. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
