Job Title: MIG Welder Heavy-Haul Trailer FabricationJob Description pay- 20.29$-26.37$/hrlocation-Gatesville, TX, US
• Join a growing company that manufactures premium custom heavy-haul trailers and equipment supporting the construction, energy, and national defense industries. • Work a stable first-shift schedule with a 48-hour Monday through Friday workweek and opportunities for additional overtime on Saturdays. • Use and develop advanced welding skills, including MIG welding on heavy-gauge carbon steel, with opportunities to gain experience in flux core, stainless steel, and TIG welding. • Be part of a team-oriented environment where welders work in small groups to fabricate large-scale trailer projects from start to finish. • Enjoy a hands-on fabrication role that involves blueprint reading, fitting, assembly, and structural welding, providing variety and technical growth. • Work in a safety-focused culture with daily safety meetings, quality-driven processes, and long-term opportunities to support expanding production and new product lines. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gatesville, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.29 - $26.37/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
