• Perform structural welding and fitting on large steel components • Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings • Complete accurate fit-up and alignment prior to welding • Weld using Metal Core and Flux Core processes • Maintain quality and safety standards in a heavy industrial environment Qualifications
• 2+ years of structural welding and fitting experience • Experience with Metal Core and Flux Core welding • Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings • Experience working with large steel structures • Ability to pass a weld and fitter test • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Weld Test Requirements
