An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning at Oulton Primary School in Leeds. This role is varied and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to join our team. We have roles in Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, so please detail your experience in these phases when applying.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Working effectively with class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learningDelivery of set programs such as phonics/ maths intervention/small group sessionsBe able to work as part of a team and work with others to undertake different roles during the day- supporting whole class teaching, supporting groups or working 1-1 with children .Coaching children on a 1:1 or group basisAccompanying groups on tripsSupporting assessment and evidencing learningWorking with the teacher to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resourcesMaintaining a safe and positive environment for all learnersCreating opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of abilityIs committed to high standards of attainment and behaviourHas a flexible and supportive approach to changing demandsWill possess excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skillsWorks effectively as part of a skilled team
