Midday Supervisor - Make Lunchtimes matter!Are you energetic, caring and passionate about helping children have a happy, safe and enjoyable school day? We’re looking for a fantastic Midday Supervisor to join our team and make a real difference to our pupils during lunchtime.
This is so much more than simply supervising lunch — you’ll be an important part of our school community, helping children make the most of their break, supporting positive friendships and creating a safe, fun environment where everyone can enjoy themselves.
What will you be doing?As a Midday Supervisor, you will:
Supervise children during lunchtime and playtime, both indoors and outdoors.Help create a fun, safe and positive playground environment.Encourage children to play together, develop friendships and resolve minor disagreements.Support children during meal times, promoting positive lunchtime routines.Keep a watchful eye on children's wellbeing and safety.Organise and encourage fun playground activities and games.Be a friendly, approachable and positive role model for our pupils.Work closely with school staff to ensure children have a happy and enjoyable lunchtime.What are we looking for?We’re looking for someone who is:
