About this role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, caring and ambitious school community as our P.E., Sport and Personal Development Assistant. In this varied and rewarding role, you will inspire children through high‑quality physical activity, engaging enrichment clubs and meaningful personal development experiences. You’ll work with pupils from Nursery to Year 6, helping them build confidence, resilience, teamwork and a love of being active. Alongside teachers and leaders, you will play a key part in removing barriers to learning, supporting wellbeing and behaviour, and nurturing pupils who may need additional guidance or encouragement.
You’ll become a trusted mentor, a positive role model and a champion for inclusion, helping children discover their strengths, broaden their interests and feel proud of who they are. Whether delivering PE sessions, leading after‑school clubs, supporting pupils in class or contributing to our wider enrichment programme, your work will make a genuine difference every day.
