About this role
We are looking to appoint a creative, experienced and enthusiastic Inclusion Leader who:
has the vision, interpersonal skills and expertise to lead inclusive provision across the whole primary range has or is willing and capable of completing the SENCO qualification is an outstanding teacher, with high expectations and standards and can use these to raise standards has an understanding of a wide range of strategies to support children’s mental health and wellbeing has a good knowledge of teaching English as an additional language is passionate about school attendance has an innovative and exciting approach to learning has the ability to reflect on and develop their own practice and that of others is willing to play a key role in the development, delivery and enrichment of our curriculum is a well organised and proactive team player who will make a positive contribution to our school team will support the Catholic ethos of our school but does not have to be Catholic
