Baxter College is looking for an educator who can foster an enthusiastic, analytical approach to written and spoken communication, critical literacy, and literary appreciation. In our classrooms, it is essential to develop students' confidence in expressing their own voices, engaging critically with diverse texts, and understanding the social, historical, and cultural contexts that shape literature.
We are seeking an innovative practitioner who shares our values and can deliver an engaging curriculum at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE English Language and English Literature), with the potential to deliver A Level teaching in Severn Vale Sixth Form, our new collaborative Post 16 provision with Stourport High School.
